Overview

HeliFest is the UK’s largest model helicopter flying event, attracting hundreds of pilots and spectators annually. I was brought on to lead the visual identity for the 2025 festival across both print and digital platforms.

My Contribution

- Designed the official festival site map for print, handed out to all attendees

- Created daily schedule posters displayed on-site and shared across social media

- Designed event flyers for promotion and on-the-day use

- Currently designing the new HeliFest website in Wix Studio, with a focus on usability, clear navigation, and responsive design

- Supporting integration of pilot and sponsor member areas, booking forms, and merchandise functionality

Design Approach

The visual direction blends a high-energy, tech-inspired aesthetic with practical readability. Print assets were designed for impact and clarity in outdoor settings, while the website prioritises accessibility, smooth user flow, and an updated look in line with the event’s growth.
